Fixed Changing extra price changes invoice/order cost...

    If I change the price of an optional extra, all of the existing orders/invoices change to reflect the new price... This isn't correct, at least in my opinion - it's not what was paid.

    Got it.

    The optional extra price comes from the item_optional_extras cache for each cart item, so the price you see on the order/license should be the price that was paid. However, if you ever update the license (could be the user updating their URL, alias, or an admin changing something such as a date or adding/removing some other extra etc.) that cache is refreshed.

    This now doesn't happen.
