    Hi

    1- I'm offering service so I don't want to use the upload options ? How can I ignore it because it's required when I tried to save the product ?

    2- I got this error when I uploaded random file to try saving product, I'm using CentminMod:
    Code:

    Zend_Db_Adapter_Abstract->insert() in XenForo/DataWriter.php at line 1638
    XenForo_DataWriter->_insert() in XenForo/DataWriter.php at line 1627
    XenForo_DataWriter->_save() in XenForo/DataWriter.php at line 1419

    The current version is very much geared more towards downloadable products, but I will add support for file-less products in the future.

    There are quite a few people who use it for services. Some people attach a file containing their Ts & Cs, others just a readme file, or you could upload any file and then edit the "Download" buttons out of the template (so you upload a file, but it will never be downloaded).

    The actual error message is missing. Is it: "Mysqli prepare error: Unknown column 'is_unsupported' in 'field list'"?

    If so, this query should fix the problem (bug fix release is due soon):
    Code:
    ALTER TABLE `xenproduct_version`
    ADD COLUMN `is_unsupported` TINYINT(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `version_details`

    You just run it in MySQL or PhpMyAdmin.
