Not a Bug [URGENT] No license after purchase

    Hello, I just tested with a purchase of 0.50$, payment with paypal is very well:

    But when I come back to the site, the cart is always full and no assigned license, can not download and no user group change. (screen after purchase)

    Is your board URL correct? PayPal IPN history will give you idea of what is going wrong.

    You need to check the IPN history in PayPal.

    To view the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) sent to your server, and the status, go to "History" at the top of the page, and select "IPN History" from the list.



    You can also follow these steps:



    1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
    2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
    3. Click "Instant Payment Notification Preferences" in the Selling Preferences column.
    4. Click "IPN History page

    I don't know where it is on the new version of PayPal. I had to switch to the old version to find it.

    The info you need to resolve this is in there somewhere. You'll have to seek support from PayPal if you can't find the right page.

    It is the IPN History page. You haven't found it yet. It's not the same as the History or Transaction History.

    I phoned a paypal, and with the new version, we have no access to IPN History page, it is mandatory to have a business account. I upgraded my account and I now have access to IPN History page:

    So click on the transaction number and that will give you the details of PayPal's attempts to contact your site.

    Bear in mind my French isn't too good so screenshots containing French aren't going to allow me to help you.

    The transaction is a sale on xenfrench, no on my site where your installed add-on.

    Your add-on is for professional use and the support is important, you don't seem to take the situation seriously.

    I puts me in your place but thank you for putting you in mine also.

    I patiently for 27 hours and I see you connect and meet other requests for help, I don't know what to think of the situation.
